Tried mapping to a new array (failed miserably), tried filtering, tried a few other stuff which didn't work. Any hint would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

sriramj you have a similar error in the "spam filter" task. tasks is an array. So in the loop you should write tasks[i].title to get access to the title of the i -th element of that array. P.S. Same for tasks.status and other elements of the array.

Speaking of your code, you can try a couple of things: Don't modify the original tasks array Remove Object.keys(tasks[i])[1] and rewrite this line Add more test data to solution.js to find the corner case that makes your code fail

chaitanya the mistake is here: tasks = '\u2705' + ' ' + 'title: ' + tasks.title; tasks is an array, tasks[0] is the first element of this array, tasks[1] is the second one, and so on. Try working with tasks[i] as it holds the array element you're interested in.
